Bob Stewart joined UniPro in March 2014 as the company’s Chief Operating Officer with over 20 years’ experience in foodservice distribution.

His foodservice experience began in 1991 with Kraft Foodservice in Pittsburgh, PA where he held several roles of increasing responsibilities in Finance, Purchasing and Division President. In 2006, Stewart transferred to US Foods headquarters and held senior roles in Finance, Merchandising and Strategy where he was a key leader of numerous strategic initiatives in technology, reporting and business transformation. Stewart is a former CPA and worked early in his career for both Deloitte and Grant Thornton.

Bob earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from the Katz Graduate School of business in Pittsburgh, PA.

EVP Member Development

Rob joined UniPro in January of 2023 and has held several key Sales and Sr Leadership positions across his 30 plus year career with Sysco, US Foods and most recently with Gordon Food Service. His vast food service distribution industry experience has carried him and his family geographically from both the Mid-Atlantic region along with West Coast Sr. Sales Leadership responsibilities in the Southern California area. In Rob's most recent Senior Leadership role with Gordon Food Service, he served as General Manager - President for the Mid-Atlantic Division, as a pure start up business back in 2014 where he supported a team of over 275 associates in all functional areas of the distribution business.

Rob is a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde, Park, NY, where he earned his Associate Degree and was recognized with High Honors, finishing first in his class.

VP of Human Resources

Valencia has more than 25 years of Human Resource leadership spread between military logistics and the foodservice industry. Beginning in 2000 as a Human Resource Manager at Lockheed Martin, she specialized in compensation, benefits, talent, and performance management.

In 2012, she began her foodservice career by joining Conagra as the Director of Human Resources leading the Private Brands division, then ultimately joined Sysco Foods as the Regional Director of Human Resources. In this capacity, she led the East Coast region of FreshPoint markets spanning from Hartford, CT to Puerto Rico.

Throughout her career, Valencia has gained creditable knowledge in employee and leadership development, operational compliance, recruitment, retention, cultural development, employee relations, and succession planning.

While having extensive Human Resource knowledge, she simultaneously holds a BS degree from Mercer University, an MBA from the University of Georgia, and is SHRM-CT certified as a leader within her field and industry.

EVP Finance and Administration

Tracy has 35 years of financial leadership in foodservice distribution with a heavy focus on process improvement, field finance, and business intelligence. She joined UniPro in March 2017 as Vice President Process Improvement. She was promoted in December 2017 to Controller and in January 2019 to Chief Financial Officer. Her current promotion, effective July 2021, to Executive Vice President Finance and Administration includes additional responsibilities for Human Resources and Information Technology.

Tracy’s foodservice experience began in 1987 at Pizza Hut Corporation in Wichita, KS where she held roles in Financial Planning and Reporting, and Area Region Finance Management. In 1991, she worked at Kraft Foodservice in City of Industry, CA as Assistant Controller. While at Kraft/Alliant Foodservice, she held the roles of Vice President Finance in Albany, NY, and Southwest Region Vice President Finance in Dallas, TX. After the US Foods acquisition of Alliant Foodservice, Tracy continued her role as Midwest Region Vice President Finance and Business Process Vice President, both in Atlanta, GA. In her last position at US Foods, she was the business lead in creating US Foods’ first cross-functional business analytics and exception reporting systems.

Tracy earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Finance from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, FL.

Louie joined UniPro in April 2016 as the company's Chief Information Officer with 28 years' experience in foodservice distribution.

His foodservice experience began in 1987 with PYA Monarch in Greenville, SC where he held several roles of increasing responsibilities in IT supporting Financial and Supply Chain Systems. After US Foods acquisition of PYA Monarch, Louie continued his role as a key leader in strategic projects designed to transform the foodservice industry. One of those key initiatives was to consolidate US Foods from 17 different IT platforms to one common operating platform. This was a multi-year transformation that touched 40 distribution centers.

Louie earned his bachelor's degree from East Tennessee State University.

EVP Category Management

Kevin Piscitello has been in the foodservice distribution business for more than thirty years. His career began in 1987 performing a variety of functions at Sysco Chicago. Over the last 30 years, he progressed from the foodservice supplies category and in leading various teams before culminating in his leadership role as Vice President of Merchandising and Marketing. Kevin spent several years in the corporate environment before becoming fully responsible for a distribution center. His experience includes procurement strategies, marketing, operational excellence, and redistribution.

Kevin has an acute focus on portfolio and assortment building strategy utilizing Category Management to develop and support a variety of brands and quality levels which is positioned to deliver to a wide variety of foodservice customers. The ability to see the larger picture and develop strategic solutions provides him with the capability to build long-term solutions and remain focused on enhancing member capabilities.

SVP - Supply Chain

Tom Raftery has 25 years’ experience in supply chain, inbound logistics, distribution and warehousing.

Tom came to UniPro in 2003 as a Regional Logistics Manager and has held the positions of Director of Logistics and Departmental Vice President of Supply Chain. Most recently, Tom transitioned to the position of Senior Vice President of Supply Chain. In this role, he’s responsible for the company’s inbound freight program (Peachtree Freight Logistics), along with Operation programs and Procurement initiatives to drive results within the Membership. He and his team also work closely with various software providers to implement technologies related to inbound freight. Tom’s background in logistics, distribution and warehousing began at Chiquita Brands, Alliant Foodservice and Redox Brands.

EVP Strategic Business Units

Scott joined UniPro in 1996 and has held several senior management positions. Scott’s current duties and responsibilities for 6 departments include managing all Strategic Business Units (i.e., National Distribution Alliance-NDA formerly known as The Multi-Unit Group-MUG, Supply Chain/Operations/Peachtree Freight Logistics, the Unity Advantage Group-UAG our GPO), as well as the Partners Plus, Marketing, and our Meetings & Events Departments. Scott is also charged with leading or involved in several key Special Projects within the organization.

Scott has been in the food industry for more than forty five years. His vast experience includes retail grocery, chain restaurant management, and as a manufacturer/supplier where he was responsible for a myriad of most trade sectors/segments in the industry for both national and private brands.
