Jessica began her foodservice career in 1987 with the IJ Company in Knoxville, TN. as a transportation coordinator. During her 10 year service to IJ, she served as a National Account Rep, and finally as the National Accounts Customer Service Manager. She left the organization in 1997 to join PFG-Customized Distribution in Lebanon, TN as a National Account Executive. In 1998 she was promoted to National Account Manager for the Lebanon CDC, and was responsible for the retention and growth of $300 million per year in sales revenue.

Connie has over 30 years of customer service experience. Prior to ComSource/UniPro, Connie was with General Electric Major Appliance for 16 years. She held various positions at GE, which included an Associate Accountant, Specialist Personnel Accountant, and Customer Financial Service Representative.

Michele joined ComSource Independent Foodservice Companies in January 1988 after the merger of NIFDA and North American. She has been in the Multi-Unit Group as a Program Manager since January 2005. Her responsibilities include account maintenance, contract management, and compliance.

Michele has over 17 years experience within Unipro/ComSource and worked in the Redistribution, Purchasing, and Sales departments. She has held various positions which include Redistribution Merchandiser, Product Manager, and Sales Representative. Prior to working in foodservice, Michele worked 7 years in sales and customer service at Terminal Freight Handling Company, a freight consolidator for Sears.

After earning his certificate at the Electric Computer Programming Institute in 1969, Bill started his career as a computer operator. (Does anyone else remember the 80-column card)? After 14 years of working up the ladder to Manager of Data Processing with Elwin G Smith Construction and Cyclops Corporation, Bill changed industries and went to work for Doran & Associates / Cabot Oil and Gas Corporation. During the next 8 years Bill developed a custom computer application for both mainframe and PC environments. This allowed Bill in January 1990 to become an independent consultant with oil and gas clients in PA, OH, WV, TX and CA. His foodservice career started in April 1995 when EMCO contracted Bill to help support various food service applications, including a reporting system for chain customers.

In November 1997 Bill joined UniPro as a result of EMCO’s merger. Bill lives in Atlanta with wife Sue and daughter Lexie.

Terry joined UniPro Foodservice in December 1997 as a Member Income Tracking (MIT) Representative. After a few months, she was offered the position of Administrative Assistant working for the Vice President of Accounting Services, Manager of EDA and Manager of MIT. Her responsibilities included assisting the V.P. or Managers with member inquiries regarding unpaid Earned Distributor Allowances (EDA) for the UniPro members. In 1999 Terry’s title changed to the Administrative Assistant to the V.P. of Accounting Services.

Prior to joining UniPro, Terry worked in the foodservice industry, childcare and as a secretary.
